This list certainly doesn't cover every bin, basket or container I've used in our house, but these are my favorite products - the ones I always think of first when I get ready to organize a new ... Adding Engraved Plates to Frames
We've all seen pretty engraved photo frames, but what if you have a frame that can't be engraved, or that you don't want to permanently alter? Simply add a sticky-backed engraved plate! When I was in college I studied abroad in Brisbane, Australia for six months and had the opportunity to travel all around the continent {and beyond}. Shortly after returning home I picked up a gorgeous blue 9-photo frame on clearance at Pottery Barn and filled it full of my favorite Australia photos to hang in ... View the Post
{organizing with style} 10 Steps to Get Organized and STAY ORGANIZED
On Monday, I shared an ambitious list of decorating and organizing projects that I hope to accomplish in 2015. So before I tackle these spaces yet again, I decided to take a step back and figure out why some of our spaces stay so well organized while others continue to be problem spots. After taking the time to ... View the Post

As I sit here writing this post, I still can't quite wrap my mind around the fact that in three weeks or less we will be a family of four! Nonetheless, preparations for baby's arrival are in full swing! In addition to folding onesies, buying newborn diapers and sterilizing bottles - one of our main focuses has been doing all we can to prepare Beckett for the new baby that will soon change his world. {decorating with style} Designing a Gender Neutral Nursery
Long before I was ever pregnant with our son, Beckett, I started imagining how I would someday want to decorate a nursery. Scott and I had already made the decision that we would want the baby’s sex to be a surprise, so that meant a gender neutral nursery would be in order. Many family and friends acquainted with my Type A personality seemed surprised that I wouldn’t want to know the whether we were having a boy or a girl so that I could plan accordingly. I had a different ... View the Post
Restaurant Kit for Eating Out with Little Ones
Eating out with young children can be a challenge, but Scott and I like to live on the wild side. Of course, it was a little easier when it was just Beckett, but even now that we are a family of four, we still venture out to restaurants on a fairly regular basis. Every once in awhile we end up having to ask for our food to go if the kids decide not to cooperate, but usually Beckett and Cooper are on their best behavior and manage to charm everyone at the surrounding tables. For me, the biggest ... View the Post
