Stylish & Chic Thanksgiving Place Cards

With Thanksgiving just a few weeks away, I thought it would be fun to round up some quick and easy ways to create place cards to help you set your table in style! In keeping with the theme of Five Minute Friday, each of these place card ideas should only take you about five minutes!
Thanksgiving Place Cards

Peacock feathers are one of my favorite ways to add some unexpected color to a fall table, so last year I created these hand stamped peacock feather place cards.

I love the modern simplicity of these quick painted place cards from Hey There, Home! She also shows you how to make those fabulous concrete place card holders.

I adore the look of these place card ribbons from Make It & Love It, and you can easily make this a five minute project by skipping the stenciling step and simply using a white Sharpie paint marker!
It doesn’t get much easier than simply printing out strips of paper to wrap around your napkins and silverware! Best of all, you can download the editable file directly from Bloom Designs so all you have to do is type in the names of your family and friends, and hit print!
Who doesn’t love gold, am I right?! Gold craft pumpkins, like these from Vicky Barone would certainly be a chic addition to your Thanksgiving table! I love them just the way they are, but to make this a five minute project, you could spray paint the pumpkins rather than using a paintbrush, and hand write the names rather than using individual letter stamps.
Nothing says Thanksgiving more than fall leaves, so why not make this fall staple do the talking for you? There are lots of variations on this idea, but I particularly like this one from Coco & Mingo shared at Lark & Linen.
How about these rustic and industrial inspired wood chip place cards from hippanonymous?! These are pretty simple and easy to start with, but again, if you don’t have stamps, or just want to make it even faster, you could simply hand write the names.
These rosemary sprig place cards from Spoon Fork Bacon are not only modern and stylish, they also have the added benefit of making the room smell great!
I love the idea of place cards that get guests involved, like these mailing tags from Almost Makes Perfect that leave room for guest to write down what they are thankful for. You can use her free printable, or could create a similar look using the stylish gift tags that you can always find in the dollar section at Target!
I’ve never thought to use clothes pins as place card holders, but add some gold spray paint at they look pretty darn chic! Check out how Centsational Girl styled hers in no time flat!
Happy Thanksgiving preparations, friends!
